Hello. I’m Heather and I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor based at the Humber Therapy Centre in Beeston, Nottingham. I also work online and by telephone.
I work with a wide range of issues and my experience includes working with trauma, abuse, bereavement, loss, depression, anxiety, and self-harm. I have a particular interest in working with issues around pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent, as well as infertility and baby loss.
